As a primary caregiver, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) provides hands-on treatment to relieve soft tissue and joint dysfunction, reduce pain, and improve physical function. My goal is to help clients recover, relax, and restore balance through therapeutic techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, hot stone, aromatherapy, prenatal/postnatal care, lymphatic drainage, and buccal facial massage for TMJ. Each session is personalized to support overall health and well-being in a safe, professional environment.

Ms. Pooja Rishal

A practitioner of massage therapy since 2020, Pooja is a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist, dedicated to supporting her clients’ wellness. Trained at the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa, she specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, hot stone, and aromatherapy massage, with proven experience in managing pain, myofascial release, headache and migraine relief, sports and prenatal/postnatal care, lymphatic drainage, and buccal facial massage for TMJ. Pooja also has a background as a psychotherapist, bringing a unique, integrative approach that supports both physical and emotional well-being. Her clients enjoy a warm, welcoming environment where they can relax, renew, and feel their best.

Pooja is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). In her free time, Pooja enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and traveling to new places, which inspire her holistic approach to wellness.
